It is an excellent comprehensive resource for communication planning, with a wide range of templates and guidelines on all aspects of theplan from the brief to objective-setting to evaluation.

Its stated goal is to "help improve organizational and human communication by giving Communications, PR and Marketing professionals instant access to expert-led knowledge communities, learning events, resources, associations, schools and businesses." Itusesself-publishing technologies "to allow topic experts and members to build comprehensive, ever-evolving wisdom-sharing communities on key communication topics, from internal communications to intranets to visual literacy and writing".In other words, materials are not peer reviewed or academic but there are some excellentpractical and'how-to' items on site.
