Medialens.org | Medialens describes itself as a "response to the unwillingness, or inability, of the mainstream media to tell the truth about the real causes and extent of many of the problems facing us, such as human rights abuses, poverty, pollution and climate change". It uses Herman and Chomsky's propaganda model to analyse and critique mainstream media, and includes interesting critical articles on everything from animal rights to star wars. Mediations | Mediations is Philip Young's personal weblog on PR, journalism, and ethics. Young is a former journalist and PR, now a senior lecturer at the University of Sunderland's Centre for Research in Media and Cultural Studies. Mediations has loads of interesting, although mainly UK focused, content including book reviews, articles on ethics, and lots of links. Like any blog it's all revolving around the blog-owner's opinion, but no less useful for that. | | |

PR Opinions | Some thoughts and opinions on the Public Relations profession and industry. Hosted by Tom Murphy, an Irish PR practitioner working largely on B2B technology accounts, including many in the US. He states that: "PR Opinions was first started in March 2002 as a web repository for the vast wealth of information on Public Relations that was swilling around the Internet.
